Q 1: Are you factory or a trading company? Can we visit yourfactory? A: We are a factory. Our factory is located in Yongkang,Zhejiang province of China. Welcome every customer to visit our factory. Q2: Can you provide samples for quality inspection? A: Yes. We can provide to you samples with free after you purchased from us,but you need to pay the freight. Q3: How long will the sample time and batch production time be?
A: Sample delivery time :3- 7working days ,mass production lead time:30-50working days. Q4: Is it possible to mix styles? What is the minimum order? A: Yes ,we support mixed batch,please contact us directly.Minimum order quantity: 500-1000pieces per style. Q5: If I need my own design, what format do you need? A: You can provide AI,CDR or PDF etc. We will send 3D mould draw or print screen for your most confirmed technology based. Q6: How many colors are available? A· We match colors with the Pantone matching system. So you can tell us the Pantone color code which you need. We'll match the colors. Q7 : What about the freight? A· For small orders, we use air express,such as FedEx,DHL,TNT UPS. We have been working with them for a long time,so we have good prices. For large orders we will deliver to you by sea,we can quote you and then you can choose whether to use our freight forwarder or not. Q 8: What is the packing of your products? A· Usually we use 1 PP bag/1 bag, the outer bag is woven bag or box. Packing customized is available.
